Labor & Materials
We confidently stand behind our services by including a standard warranty on all new fence installations. You are not required to register your fence with us in order to be eligible for any warranty.

Our standard warranty covers defects in workmanship for two years after installation on Fences and a lifetime warranty on gates including closures and locking mechanisms. The warranty does not cover damage caused by Acts of Gods, weather, incidental damage by humans or pets, and impact or other conditions beyond our control.

You will also void your warranty if you make any structural changes/alterations to your fence after installation.

Please note that failure to pay in accordance with terms contractually agreed upon voids all warranty coverage.
Need To File a Claim?
Just follow the steps below to start the process.

Take pictures of the issue.

Call our Customer Service Department at 720.901.9127.

If possible, provide the fence material type, year of installation, and gate type and hardware (if applicable).

Email pictures to fencewarranty@gohrzn.com after your claim is taken.

Once your claim and pictures are reviewed, we will contact you to set up an appointment to either fix your issue or order replacement parts. Any reinstallations done under warranty will be at no charge.
